摘要:
目的 对绵阳市22例新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的流行病学特征进行分析，为疫情的预防控制提供参考依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对2020年1月20日~2月11日绵阳市累计报告的22例新冠肺炎病例的流行病学特征和临床症状等资料进行分析，统计其三间分布、暴露史、聚集性等特征。结果 22例病例中男性13例，女性9例；年龄7~75岁，中位年龄35.5岁；职业以职员为主，占31.82%；地区分布涉及绵阳市8个区县和德阳市罗江区，其中江油市最多，占27.27%；发病时间主要集中在2020年1月19日~28日，占72.73%；发病至首次就诊时间间隔中位数为1 d，发病到确诊的时间间隔中位数为6.5 d；临床表现以发热（90.91%）、咳嗽（63.64%）、肌肉酸痛（40.91%）及乏力（31.82%）为主；14例有武汉居住或旅行史，5例与武汉人员接触，2例暴露接触史不明确，1例有湖北旅行史；有2起家庭聚集性发病。结论 绵阳市新冠肺炎以输入型病例为主，发病以青、中年人群为主，男性多于女性；武汉旅居史及与武汉人员密切接触是新型冠状病毒感染的危险因素，家庭是聚集性疫情的主要发生场所。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 22 novel coronavirus pneumonia cases in Mianyang City, and provide reference for the prevention and control of the epidemic.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and clinical symptoms of 22 cases of novel coronary pneumonia reported in Mianyang City from January 20 to February 11, 2020 aggregation and other characteristics.Results Of the 22 cases, 13 were male and 9 were female; aged 7 to 75 years, with a median age of 35.5 years; the occupation was mainly staff, accounting for 31.82%; the regional distribution involved 8 districts and counties in Mianyang City and Luojiang District in Deyang City, of which Jiangyou City had the most, accounting for 27.27%; the onset time was mainly concentrated on January 19-28, 2020, accounting for 72.73%; the median time between onset and first visit was 1 d, and the median time between onset and diagnosis was 6.5 d; clinical manifestations were mainly fever (90.91%), cough (63.64%), muscle soreness (40.91%) and fatigue (31.82%); 14 cases had a history of Wuhan living or traveling, 5 cases were in contact with Wuhan personnel,the history of exposure in 2 cases is unclear, 1 case has a history of traveling in Hubei, and 2 cases of family clustering.Conclusion The main cases of novel coronary pneumonia in Mianyang are imported cases, and the incidence is mainly in young and middle-aged people, with more males than females. The main place of occurrence.
