摘要:
目的 观察产后使用卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血影响的临床效果。方法 选择我院2018年5月~2019年5月收治的产后出血产妇96例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组，各48例，参照组采用缩宫素进行治疗，研究组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗，比较两组产妇临床疗效、治疗前后的凝血指标（血小板计数、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原水平、血红蛋白、出血量）以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率为97.82%，高于参照组的85.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组血小板计数、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、出血量均低于治疗前，纤维蛋白原、血红蛋白均高于治疗前，且研究组血小板计数、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、出血量低于参照组，纤维蛋白原、血红蛋白高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组产妇不良反应发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血疗效优于常规缩宫素，能有效改善产妇凝血因子指标变化情况，降低不良反应发生率，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine injection on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 96 women with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a reference group and a study group according to a random number table, with 48 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with oxytocin. The study group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine injection, and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of women, the coagulation indexes before and after treatment (platelet count, thrombin time, prothrombin time, fibrinogen level, hemoglobin, bleeding volume) and clinical the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.82%, which was higher than 85.42% in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the platelet count, thrombin time, prothrombin time, and bleeding volume of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and fibrinogen and hemoglobin were higher than before treatment. The platelet count, thrombin time, prothrombin time, Bleeding volume was lower than the reference group, fibrinogen and hemoglobin were higher than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of maternal adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Carboprost Tromethamine injection on postpartum hemorrhage was better than that of conventional oxytocin. It could effectively improve the changes of maternal coagulation factors, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the clinical efficacy.
