摘要:
肺结核属于慢性消耗性疾病,对患者身心健康影响较大,其病情发展与患者机体健康状况息息相关。老年肺结核患者由于年龄原因,机体功能发生退行性改变,免疫功能较差,常伴有较多基础病,机体营养状况不佳。因此对老年肺结核患者进行准确营养风险评估是有效治疗老年患者肺结核的基础,本文主要对老年结核患者的营养风险状况、营养支持状况以及营养干预方法进行综述,旨在为临床治疗老年肺结核提供帮助。
Abstract:
Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic wasting disease that has a greater impact on the physical and mental health of patients. As a chronic wasting disease, its development is closely related to the physical health status of patients. Elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have degenerative changes in body function and poor immune functiondue to age, and they were often accompanied by more underlying diseases, with poor nutritional status. Accurate nutritional risk assessment for elderly patients with tuberculosis is the basis of nutritional intake for elderly patients. This article mainly reviews the nutritional risk status, nutritional support status and nutritional intervention methods of elderly tuberculosis patients, and aims to provide help for the clinical treatment of elderly tuberculosis.
