摘要:
肺结核是威胁人类健康的全球公共卫生问题之一,了解肺结核的病因对控制肺结核的传播和改善患者预后至关重要,吸烟作为危险因素对结核分枝杆菌感染、肺结核发病、肺结核临床严重程度、肺结核的传播、肺结核的治疗及转归都有不利影响,关于吸烟对肺结核患者疾病全程的影响已有较多研究,本文主要从吸烟对肺结核发病、临床特征及转归的影响进行综述,旨在进一步了吸烟对肺结核的影响。
Abstract:
Tuberculosis is one of the global public health issues threatening human health. Understanding the cause of tuberculosis is essential to control the spread of tuberculosis and improve the prognosis of patients.Smoking as a risk factor has adverse effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, tuberculosis incidence, clinical severity of tuberculosis, transmission of tuberculosis, treatment and outcome of tuberculosis.There have been many studies on the effect of smoking on the whole course of the disease of tuberculosis patients.This article mainly reviews the effects of smoking on the incidence, clinical features and outcomes of tuberculosis, aiming to further the impact of smoking on tuberculosis.
