目的 分析输卵管妊娠患者血清中TGF-β1和HIF-1α的表达水平及在输卵管妊娠诊断中的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年9月昌邑市人民医院诊断为输卵管妊娠的患者40例作为实验组,同时选取30名健康产妇作为对照组,比较两组TGF-β1、β-hCG、P、HIF-1α水平,并分析TGF-β1、HIF-1α低表达与临床病理参数的关系及TGF-β1与HIF-1α的相关性,另采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估TGF-β1、HIF-1α在输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值。结果 实验组血清TGF-β1、HIF-1α、β-hCG、P水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TGF-β1、HIF-1α低表达与血清β-hCG、P的表达有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、孕次、产次、收缩压、舒张压、体质指数无关(P>0.05);血清TGF-β1低表达与HIF-1α低表达呈正相关(r=0.341,P=0.016);ROC曲线分析显示,血清TGF-β1低表达用于诊断输卵管妊娠的曲线下面积是0.721,血清HIF-1α低表达用于诊断输卵管妊娠的曲线下面积是0.692。结论 输卵管妊娠患者血清TGF-β1、HIF-1α的表达降低,TGF-β1、HIF-1α的低表达水平分别与β-hCG、P的表达有关,血清TGF-β1和HIF-1α低表达用于输卵管妊娠诊断的敏感性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the expression levels of TGF-β1 and HIF-1α in serum of patients with tubal pregnancy and its diagnostic value in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 40 patients with tubal pregnancy diagnosed in Changyi People’s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the experimental group, and 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. The levels of TGF-β1, β-hCG, P and HIF-1α in the two groups were compared, and the relationship between the low expression of TGF-β1 and HIF-1α and clinical pathological parameters and the correlation between TGF-β1 and HIF-1α were analyzed. In addition, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of TGF-β1 and HIF-1α in tubal pregnancy.Results The serum levels of TGF-β1, HIF-1α, β-hCG and P in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The low expression of TGF-β1 and HIF-1α was related to the expression of serum β-hCG and P (P<0.05), was not related to age, pregnancy, parity, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and body mass index (P>0.05). The low expression of serum TGF-β1 was positively correlated with the low expression of HIF-1α (r=0.341,P=0.016). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of serum TGF-β1 low expression for diagnosis of tubal pregnancy was 0.721, and the area under the curve of serum HIF-1α low expression for diagnosis of tubal pregnancy was 0.692.Conclusion The expression of serum TGF-β1 and HIF-1α in patients with tubal pregnancy is decreased, and the low expression levels of TGF-β1 and HIF-1α are related to the expression of β-hCG and P, respectively. The low expression of serum TGF-β1 and HIF-1α is highly sensitive for the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
