摘要:
目的 观察氟保护漆、玻璃离子与树脂类窝沟封闭剂预防低龄儿童窝沟龋的效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年1月我院接诊的93例低龄儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察A组及观察B组,各31例。对照组采用氟保护漆窝沟封闭剂,观察A组采用玻璃离子窝沟封闭剂,观察B组采用树脂类窝沟封闭剂,比较三组材料保留率、儿童患龋率、疼痛评分、操作时间及治疗满意度评分。结果 三组材料保留率治疗6、12个月材料保留率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗24个月观察A组、观察B组材料保留率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察A组与观察B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗6个月三组儿童患龋率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察A组和观察B组治疗12、24个月儿童患龋率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察A组与观察B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察B组疼痛评分大于对照组、观察A组(P<0.05);观察A组、观察B组操作时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察B组操作时间长于观察A组(P<0.05);三组整体轮廓、表面形态、颜色满意评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 氟保护漆、玻璃离子与树脂类窝沟封闭剂预防低龄儿童窝沟龋均具有一定的效果,与氟保护漆比较,玻璃离子类和树脂类窝沟封闭剂保留率较高,可有效降低儿童患龋率,治疗满意度良好。另外,树脂类窝沟封闭剂疼痛度大,玻璃离子窝沟封闭剂操作简单,疼痛轻,可缩短窝沟封闭操作时间,更适用于配合欠佳的低龄幼儿。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of fluoride protector, glass ionomer and resin sealant on prevention of pit and fissure caries in young children.Methods A total of 93 young children admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group, observation group A and observation group B by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluoride protector pit and fissure sealant, the observation group A was treated with glass ionomer pit and fissure sealant, and the observation group B was treated with resin pit and fissure sealant. The material retention rate, children’s caries rate, pain score, operation time and treatment satisfaction score of the three groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the retention rate of materials among the three groups at 6 and 12 months after treatment (P>0.05). The retention rate of materials in observation group A and observation group B was higher than that in control group at 24 months after treatment (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in caries rate among the three groups at 6 months after treatment (P>0.05), the caries rate of children in observation group A and observation group B was lower than that in control group at 12 and 24 months after treatment (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05). The pain score of observation group B was higher than that of control group and observation group A (P<0.05). The operation time of observation group A and observation group B was longer than that of control group (P<0.05), and the operation time of observation group B was longer than that of observation group A (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in overall contour, surface morphology and color satisfaction scores among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Fluoride Protector, glass ionomer cement and resin sealant are effective in preventing pit and fissure caries in young children. Compared with fluoride protector, glass ionomer cement and resin sealant have higher retention rate, it can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in children and obtain good treatment satisfaction. In addition, the resin sealant has a high degree of pain, the glass ionomer cement is simple to operate and has light pain, it can shorten the operation time of pit and fissure sealing and is more suitable for young children with poor cooperation.
