摘要:
目的 研究复方脑肽节苷脂联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法 选取佳木斯市精神病医院2020年12月-2021年12月收治的78例AD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组接受多奈哌齐治疗,观察组采用复方脑肽节苷脂联合多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分]、病情改善情况[阿尔茨海默病评定量表(ADAS)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评分]、血清生化指标[β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]、生活自理能力[阿尔茨海默病协作研究日常能力量表(ADCS-ADL)评分]及生活质量[老年性痴呆生活质量量表(QOL-AD)评分]。结果 两组治疗后MoCA、MMSE评分均有升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ADAS评分低于对照组,HDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Aβ、MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ADCS-ADL、QOL-AD评分均有上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方脑肽节苷脂联合多奈哌齐可提高AD患者认知功能,控制病情进展,缓解氧化应激,有利于自理能力与生活质量的改善。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside combined with donepezil on cognitive function and superoxide dismutase (SOD) level in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD).Methods A total of 78 AD patients admitted to Jiamusi Psychiatry Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil, and the observation group was treated with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside combined with donepezil. The cognitive function [Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), Mini Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) score], disease improvement [Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale (ADAS), Hasegawa Dementia Scale (HDS) score], serum biochemical indicators [β-amyloid (Aβ), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA)], self-care ability [Alzheimer’s Disease Collaborative Study Daily Ability Scale (ADCS-ADL) score], and quality of life [Quality of Life in Alzheimer’s Disease Scale (QOL-AD) score] were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the scores of MoCA and MMSE in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ADAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the HDS score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Aβ and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ADCS-ADL and QOL-AD scores of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside combined with donepezil can improve the cognitive function of AD patients, control the progression of the disease, alleviate oxidative stress, and improve self-care ability and quality of life.
