摘要:
目的 探究针对性护理对肺癌化疗患者的效果及其对患者胃肠道不良反应发生情况的影响。方法 选取2018年10月-2020年10月在我院进行化疗的肺癌患者96例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组48例。对照组给予常规临床护理，研究组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组在1个化疗疗程结束后胃肠道不良反应的发生率、护理前后负性情绪和生存质量评分及护理满意度。结果 研究组化疗后恶心、呕吐、食欲不振的发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后HAMD和HAMA评分均降低，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后情绪功能、躯体功能和社会功能评分均升高，且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度为95.83%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）。结论 给予肺癌化疗患者针对性护理，不仅可有效降低胃肠道不良反应风险，还可纠正患者不良情绪，提升其生存质量，也能促进医患和谐，具有一定的临床价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and its influence on the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Methods A total of 96 patients with lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, negative emotions and quality of life scores before and after nursing, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after one course of chemotherapy.Results The incidence of nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite after chemotherapy in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of emotional function, physical function and social function in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.83%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can not only effectively reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, but also correct patients’ bad mood, improve their quality of life, and promote doctor-patient harmony, which has certain clinical value.
