摘要:
疾病不确定感对肺癌患者的影响主要是对患者的生活质量、心理状况以及治疗的发展及预后产生作用。肺癌患者疾病不确定感的影响因素主要包括患者的社会支持水平、文化程度、经济水平以及患者疾病及治疗等相关因素。肺癌患者疾病不确定感的干预措施主要包括对患者进行多元化宣教,为其提供信息支持、积极调动社会各方人员，增加患者的社会支持系统以及认知行为疗法等,为肺癌患者实施有针对性干预措施提供了参考。
Abstract:
Abstract：The effect of uncertainty on the quality of life,psychological status,treatment development and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.The influencing factors of disease uncertainty in lung cancer patients mainly include social support level,education level, economic level,disease and treatment of lung cancer patients and so on.The intervention measures of uncertain sense of disease in lung cancer patients mainly include pluralistic education,providing information support to patients,actively mobilizing social personnel, increasing patients' social support system and cognitive behavior therapy,etc.It provides a reference for lung cancer patients to carry out targeted intervention measures.
