摘要:
目的 探讨对因护理干预对消化性溃疡患者睡眠质量及治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2022年6月-8月天津市南开医院收治的消化性溃疡患者80例，按照随机数字表法分成干预组（40例）与对照组（40例），对照组给予常规护理干预，干预组给予对因护理干预，比较两组睡眠质量、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 两组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分均低于干预前，且干预组PSQI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预后服药、饮食、情绪调节、生活方式评分高于干预前，且干预组服药、饮食、情绪调节、生活方式评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组干预后简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）各维度评分高于干预前，且干预组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预组服务质量量表（SERVQUAL）评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 给予消化性溃疡患者对因护理干预效果良好，能够改善患者睡眠质量，提高其治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of reason-targeted nursing on sleep quality and treatment compliance in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Tianjin Nankai Hospital from June to August 2022 were selected and divided into intervention group (40 patients) and control group (40 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was given reason-targeted nursing intervention. The sleep quality, treatment compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the PSQI score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of medication, diet, emotion regulation and lifestyle in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of medication, diet, emotion regulation and lifestyle in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of each dimension of 36-item Short Form (SF-36) in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Service Quality (SERVQUAL) score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer is good, which can improve the sleep quality of patients, improve their treatment compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
