摘要:
目的 探究孟鲁司特钠与多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效及对患者呼吸功能的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年6月我院收治的86例支气管哮喘急性发作患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组，每组43例。对照组应用孟鲁司特钠治疗，研究组应用孟鲁司特钠与多索茶碱治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果、血气指标水平（PaCO2、PaO2），以及肺功能指标水平（FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、PEF）。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后PaCO2低于对照组，PaO2、FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、PEF均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 支气管哮喘急性发作患者使用孟鲁司特钠与多索茶碱治疗效果确切，可以显著改善患者呼吸功能以及肺功能，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of montelukast sodium and doxofylline in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma and its effect on respiratory function.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium, and the study group was treated with montelukast sodium and doxofylline. The therapeutic effect, blood gas index levels (PaCO2, PaO2), and lung function index levels (FVC, FEV1, FEV1%, PEF) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PaCO2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and aPaO2、 FVC, FEV1, FEV1% and PEF were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium and doxofylline are effective in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma, which can significantly improve the respiratory function and lung function of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
