摘要:
目的 分析综合护理对泌尿系结石患者一次性碎石成功率与护理满意度评分的影响。方法 选取萍乡市安源区人民医院2021年1月-2023年12月收治的泌尿系结石患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组接受常规护理干预，研究组接受综合护理干预。比较两组一次性碎石成功率、生活质量（环境、社会关系、生理健康、心理健康）、心理状态（SAS评分、SDS评分）、并发症（血尿、感染、膀胱刺激征、置管时间延长）发生率、护理满意度。结果 研究组膀胱、输尿管上段、输尿管下段一次性碎石成功率分别为100.00%、100.00%、91.67%，高于对照组的71.43%、66.67%、72.73%（P＜0.05）；且研究组一次性碎石总成功率为96.67%，高于对照组的70.00%（P＜0.05）。与护理前比较，两组护理后生活质量各维度评分均升高，且研究组护理后生活质量各维度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。与护理前比较，两组护理后SDS评分、SAS评分均降低，且研究组护理后SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低，护理总满意度较对照组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理能够提高泌尿系结石患者一次性碎石成功率与护理满意度，改善患者生活质量和心理状态，降低患者并发症发生率，具有一定的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on the success rate of one-time lithotripsy and nursing satisfaction score in patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary calculi, who were admitted to the Anyuan District People′s Hospital of Pingxiang from January 2021 to December 2023, were selected as research subjects and subsequently divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 30 patients assigned to each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing interventions, while the study group received comprehensive nursing interventions. A comparative analysis was then conducted between the two groups to evaluate the success rate of one-time lithotripsy, quality of life (environment, social relationships, physical health, and psychological health), mental status (SAS score and SDS score), the incidence of complications(hematuria, infection, bladder irritation symptoms, and prolonged catheterization), as well as overall nursing satisfaction. Results The success rate of one-time lithotripsy of bladder, upper ureter and lower ureter in the study group was 100.00%, 100.00% and 91.67% respectively, which was higher than 71.43%, 66.67% and 72.73% in the control group (P<0.05). The total success rate of one-time lithotripsy in the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before nursing, the dimensions of quality of life in the two groups increased after nursing, and the dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of the two groups decreased after nursing, and the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the success rate of one-time lithotripsy and nursing satisfaction of patients with urinary calculi, improve their quality of life and mental status, and reduce the incidence of complications. It has certain clinical application value.
