摘要:
目的 研究综合护理对妇科腹腔镜手术术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法 选取2018年7月~2019年7月于我院行妇科腹腔镜手术患者94例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以综合护理干预，比较两组不同时间段（术后8、12、24、48 h）疼痛度评分、舒适度评分（Kolcaba量表）、术后（肛门排气、下床活动、肠鸣音恢复以及住院时间）恢复情况、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后8、12、24、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组舒适度生理、心理、社会文化、环境各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后肛门排气、下床活动、肠鸣音恢复以及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.38%，低于对照组的14.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为95.74%，高于对照组的85.10%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理可减轻妇科腹腔镜手术术后疼痛度，提高患者舒适度，促进患者术后恢复，缩短肛门排气、下床活动、肠鸣音恢复以及住院时间，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on postoperative pain and complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 94 gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the two groups in different time periods (8, 12, 24, 48 h after surgery), pain score, comfort score (Kolcaba scale), postoperative (anal exhaust, getting out of bed, recovery of bowel sounds, and length of stay in hospital) recovery status, complication rate, and care satisfaction.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 8, 12, 24, and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The observation group’s comfort degree scores in physical, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental dimensions were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group’s postoperative anal exhaust, getting out of bed, recovery of bowel sounds, and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.38%, which was lower than 14.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 85.10% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can reduce postoperative pain in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, improve patient comfort, promote postoperative recovery, shorten anal exhaust, get out of bed, recovery of bowel sounds, and hospital stay,reducing the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
