摘要:
目的 分析西咪替丁联合泮托拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜病变（AGML）并出血的临床观察。方法 选择本院2016年8月~2017年8月接收的64例AGML并出血患者资料，随机分为研究组和对照组，各32例。对照组行西咪替丁治疗，而研究组以西咪替丁和泮托拉唑联合治疗，对比两组治疗患者空腹胃液pH值，VAS评分和不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组空腹胃液pH值、VAS评分指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率（3.13%）明显低于对照组（25.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 西咪替丁联合泮托拉唑应用于AGML并出血患者的总体效果好，可使患者疼痛度减轻，不良反应相对单纯性应用西咪替丁少。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical observation of cimetidine combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of acute gastric mucosal lesions (AGML)and bleeding.Methods A total of 64 patients with AGML and bleed received in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into study group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The control group was treated with cimetidine, while the study group was treated with cimetidine and pantoprazole. The fasting gastric juice pH value, VAS score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting gastric juice pH value and VAS score were all higher in the study group than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(3.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cimetidine combined with pantoprazole in patients with AGML and hemorrhage has a good overall effect,which can reduce the degree of pain and reduce the adverse reaction of cimetidine.
