摘要:
护理安全对整个医院安全运行存在直接影响。当前患者的安全问题逐渐引发各国临床医学界的重视，且在我国新一轮等级医院的评审工作中已将患者安全置于重要位置，其中护理安全发展成为医疗机构中护理管理最重要的研究课题，同时也是优质性护理服务开展的基石。探究对护理安全造成影响的深层次因素，构建良好的安全护理体系，才能使护理中不良事件的发生情况逐渐减少，最终促使护理的安全文化建设。
Abstract:
Nursing safety has a direct impact on the safe operation of the whole hospital.Patients' safety has been placed in an important position in the new round of evaluation of hospitals in China,in which nursing safety has become the most important research topic of nursing management in medical institutions.At the same time,it is also the cornerstone of the development of quality nursing services.To explore the deep-seated factors affecting nursing safety,and to build a good safety nursing system,can gradually reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing.Finally,the safety culture construction of nursing should be promoted.
