摘要:
目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者血清脑钠肽（BNP）水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试（CAT）评分的相关性。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年11月于我院接受治疗的40例AECOPD患者设为急性加重组，40例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者设为稳定组，另选取同期在我院体检的健康者40名设为健康对照组，比较三组BNP水平、CAT评分，并分析BNP水平与CAT评分的相关性。结果 急性加重组BNP水平、CAT评分优于健康对照组、稳定组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。AECOPD患者血清BNP水平与CAT评分呈正相关（r=0.486，P＜0.05）；血清BNP水平用于评估AECOPD患者病情，曲线下面积（AUC）为0.776。结论 AECOPD患者血清BNP水平与CAT评分间相关性较高，临床上可综合二者以评估病情严重程度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test (CAT) score in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods 40 patients with AECOPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as acute plus recombination, and 40 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were selected as stable groups.40 healthy persons who took physical examination were set as healthy control group, compared the BNP level and CAT score of the three groups, and analyzed the correlation between BNP level and CAT score.Results The levels of BNP and CAT score in acute exacerbation group were better than those of healthy control group and stable group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum BNP levels in AECOPD patients were positively correlated with CAT score(r=0.486,P<0.05); serum BNP levels were used to evaluate the condition of AECOPD patients, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.776.Conclusion There is a high correlation between serum BNP level and CAT score in AECOPD patients. Both can be combined clinically to assess the severity of the disease.
