摘要:
踝关节骨折是临床常见的一种关节内骨折，临床发病率较高。踝关节是机体主要承重关节之一，主要功能是屈伸活动，同时将机体的负重形式由垂直柱转化为弓状平面。踝关节独特的生物特性决定了其容易受到间接暴力，发生踝关节骨折。临床维持踝关节稳定，恢复踝关节功能是临床治疗的关键。本文基于踝关节解剖特点及骨折分型，结合相关文献报道，对其非手术及手术治疗研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Ankle fracture is a common intra-articular fracture with high clinical incidence. The ankle joint is one of the body’s main load-bearing joints, its main function is flexion and extension activities, and at the same time the body’s weight-bearing form is transformed from a vertical column to an arcuate plane. The unique biological characteristics of the ankle joint determine its vulnerability to indirect violence and fracture of the ankle joint. Maintaining the stability of the ankle joint clinically and restoring the function of the ankle joint is the key to clinical treatment. In this paper, based on anatomic characteristics of ankle joints and fracture classification, combined with relevant literature reports, a review of its non-surgical and surgical treatment research.
