摘要:
目的 评价芪参益气滴丸联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压病合并慢性心衰（CHF）的临床疗效。方法 收集2019年1~12月于我科就诊的100例原发性高血压病合并CHF患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组，各50例；对照组给予美托洛尔治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合芪参益气滴丸治疗。采用Yaeger心肺功能测试系统评估患者运动耐量，治疗3个月后，比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、运动耐量及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组（94.00% vs 80.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、E峰流速/A峰流速（E/A）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、运动时间、最大心率及最大摄氧量改善均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较（8.00% vs 16.00%），差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 芪参益气滴丸联合美托洛尔在原发性高血压病合并CHF患者的临床效果良好，能够有效改善患者心功能和运动耐量，且不增加不良反应，值得应用。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of essential hypertension with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 100 patients with primary hypertension and CHF who were treated in our department from January to December 2019 were collected as the research object. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 50 cases; the control group was given metoprolol for treatment, the observation group was combined with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills on the basis of the control group. The Yaeger cardiopulmonary function test system was used to assess the patient’s exercise tolerance. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, cardiac function indicators, exercise tolerance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (94.00% vs 80.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the observation group left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), peak E flow rate/peak flow rate A (E/A ),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), exercise time, maximum heart rate and maximum oxygen uptake were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared (8.00% vs. 16.00%), the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dripping pill combined with metoprolol had a good clinical effect in patients with essential hypertension complicated with CHF. It could effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function and exercise tolerance without increasing adverse reactions. It was worthy of application.
