摘要:
对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)又称扑息热痛,因其具有解热、镇痛的作用而被广泛的应用于临床,该药物在治疗剂量内安全有效,主要通过肝脏代谢,但滥用或使用不当使APAP过量会引起严重的肝损伤,甚至是急性肝衰竭。现有研究表明,中药单体可以通过多信号通路及靶点减轻对乙酰氨基酚诱导的肝损伤,具有广泛前景,本文对中药单体减轻APAP诱导肝损伤作一综述,旨在为治疗药物性肝损伤提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Acetaminophen (APAP), also known as paracetamol, is widely used in clinics because of its antipyretic and analgesic effects. The drug is safe and effective in therapeutic doses, mainly metabolized by the liver, but it is abused or used Improper overdose of APAP can cause severe liver damage and even acute liver failure.Existing studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine monomers can alleviate acetaminophen-induced liver damage through multiple signaling pathways and targets, which has broad prospects.This article reviews the reduction of APAP-induced liver injury by Chinese medicine monomers, and aims to provide new ideas for the treatment of drug-induced liver injury.
