摘要:
目的 研究固肺汤联合西医常规治疗哮喘慢性持续期患者对其肺功能的影响。方法 选取2018年2月-2020年2月青海省中医院肺病科收治的100例哮喘慢性持续期病例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠+普米克令舒治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上加用固肺汤治疗，比较两组临床疗效、肺功能[一秒用力呼出量（FEV1）/用力肺活量（FVC）、呼气峰流速（PEF）]、炎性因子水平[嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）、中性粒细胞百分比（NEU%）]、哮喘控制测试评分（CAT）。结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组EOS计数、NEU%指标较治疗前下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组CAT评分较治疗前下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 固肺汤联合西医常规治疗哮喘慢性持续期疗效肯定，可促进患者肺功能的改善，同时缓解气道炎症反应，病情控制效果佳。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Gufei decoction combined with conventional western medicine on chronic persistent asthma and its effect on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 100 patients of chronic persistent asthma admitted to Department of Pulmonary Disease, Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium and pulmicort respules, while the observation group was treated with Gufei decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function [forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC), peak expiratory flow (PEF)], inflammatory factor levels [eosinophil (EOS), percentage of neutrophils (NEU%)] and asthma control test score (CAT) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the EOS count and NEU% in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the CAT scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Gufei decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma is effective, which can promote the improvement of lung function and alleviate airway inflammation, the effect of disease control is good.
