摘要:
目的 了解新疆高校大学生电子健康素养现状,分析其影响因素,为后期健康教育提供理论依据。方法 采用方便抽样法于2020年12月-2021年4月对新疆3所高校的3409名大学生进行调查,采用高校学生电子媒介健康素养量表和网络信息信任度问卷进行调查,分析其影响因素。结果 新疆高校大学生电子健康素养得分为(72.12±11.15)分;网络信息信任度总得分为(13.14±2.46)分。相关性分析显示,新疆高校大学生电子健康素养与网络信息信任度存在正相关;不同年级、是否医学专业、性格、是否独生子女、心理健康状况、对新鲜事物的接受度、网络信息信任度电子健康素养比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新疆高校大学生电子健康素养处于中等水平,电子媒介评价与实践能力有待进一步加强。政府、高校、家庭应共同协作进行综合干预,切实提升大学生电子健康素养。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the status of electronic health literacy among college students in Xinjiang and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for health education in the later period.Methods From December 2020 to April 2021, convenience sampling was used to investigate 3409 college students from 3 universities in Xinjiang. Electronic media health literacy scale and network information trust questionnaire were used to investigate the influencing factors, analyze the influencing factors.Results The score of electronic health literacy of college students in Xinjiang was (72.12±11.15)scores; the overall score of internet information trust was (13.14±2.46) scores. The correlation results showed that there was a positive correlation between electronic health literacy and internet information trust of college students in Xinjiang. There were significant differences in electronic health literacy among different grades, whether medical specialty, personality, whether the only child, mental health status, acceptance of new things and network information trust (P<0.05).Conclusion The electronic health literacy of college students in Xinjiang is in the middle level, and the ability of electronic media evaluation and practice needs to be further strengthened. The government, universities and families should work together to make comprehensive intervention and effectively improve the electronic health literacy of college students.
