摘要:
目的 探讨雌三醇（E3）乳膏联合诺氟沙星（NFX）胶囊对老年女性泌尿生殖道感染患者阴道环境及雌激素水平的影响。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的老年女性泌尿生殖道感染患者60例，以随机数字表法将患者分为两组，对照组（n=30）给予NFX胶囊治疗，观察组（n=30）给予E3乳膏联合NFX胶囊治疗。比较两组临床症状消退时间、治疗前后阴道健康评分（VHS评分）、阴道pH值及炎性因子水平、治疗前后雌激素水平，以及观察6个月随访期内复发率。结果 观察组临床症状消退时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组VHS评分高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组阴道pH值及炎性因子水平低于治疗前，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组雌激素水平优于治疗前，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年女性泌尿生殖道感染患者的临床治疗中给予E3乳膏联合NFX胶囊治疗能够加速症状的消退，促进阴道环境改善，减轻阴道炎症，提高雌激素水平，降低远期复发率，效果确切。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of estriol (E3) cream combined with norfloxacin (NFX) capsule on vaginal environment and estrogen level in elderly women with genitourinary tract infection.Methods A total of 60 elderly female patients with genitourinary tract infection admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group (n=30) was treated with NFX capsule, and the observation group (n=30)was treated with E3 cream combined with NFX capsule. The regression time of clinical symptoms, vaginal health score (VHS score), vaginal pH value and inflammatory factor level, estrogen level before and after treatment, and recurrence rate during 6-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The VHS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The vaginal pH value and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The estrogen levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion E3 cream combined with NFX capsule in the clinical treatment of elderly female patients with genitourinary tract infection can accelerate the regression of symptoms, promote the improvement of vaginal environment, reduce vaginal inflammation, estrogen level and reduce long-term recurrence rate.
