摘要:
目的 研究抗氧化剂和B族维生素对缺血性脑卒中和脑动脉粥样硬化患者发病的影响。方法 选取2018年11月-2019年2月在我院诊治的48例缺血性脑卒中和脑动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用维生素B6、维生素C以及叶酸治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)、血浆型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、改良的Rankin量表(mRs)评分。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ADL评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后mRs评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 抗氧化剂和B族维生素治疗缺血性脑卒中和脑动脉粥样硬化可调节血Hcy水平,改善神经功能缺损评分,提高日常生活能力,提高临床治疗效果,对患者病情具有积极的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of antioxidants and B vitamins on ischemic stroke and cerebral atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 48 patients with ischemic stroke and cerebral atherosclerosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with vitamin B6, vitamin C and folic acid on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, neurological deficit score (NIHSS), activities of daily living (ADL), plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and modified Rankin scale (mRs) score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The ADL scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The serum Hcy levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The mRs scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Antioxidants and B vitamins in the treatment of ischemic stroke and cerebral atherosclerosis can regulate blood Hcy levels, improve neurological deficit score, improve the ability of daily life, improve clinical efficacy, the patient has a positive impact.
