摘要:
腹腔镜胆囊切除术为典型微创术式，具有切口小、出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快等特点，现已广泛应用于胆囊外科。近年来，为了提高微创技术在腹部手术中的应用优势，临床针对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的适应证、禁忌证、手术类型、并发症等方面开展了大量研究工作，且取得了一定进展。本文就以上内容作一综述，以期为该术式的临床应用提供可靠参考。
Abstract:
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a typical minimally invasive operation, which has the characteristics of small incision, less bleeding, short operation time and rapid postoperative recovery. It has been widely used in gallbladder surgery. In recent years, in order to improve the application advantages of minimally invasive technology in abdominal surgery, a lot of research work has been carried out on the indications, contraindications, surgical types and complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and some progress has been made. This article reviews the above contents in order to provide a reliable reference for the clinical application of this procedure.
