摘要:
精神分裂症是一种慢性精神疾病,目前关于精神分裂症的病因尚未明确,但遗传因素在精神分裂症的发展中起到关键作用。现有效的抗精神病药物都是多巴胺受体阻断剂在起作用,而单胺氧化酶A(MAOA)可通过氧化脱氨作用降解胺类神经递质,进一步探究MAOA及其基因多态性与精神分裂症之间的关联,对揭示精神分裂症发病机理有重要意义。基于此,本文主要从生物学特征、功能作用、单核苷酸多态性等方面对近年来MAOA基因与精神分裂症之间的关系进行综述,以期为临床治疗精神分裂症提供参考。
Abstract:
Schizophrenia is a chronic mental illness, the etiology of schizophrenia is not clear, but genetic factors play a key role in the development of schizophrenia. Currently, effective antipsychotic drugs act as dopamine receptor blockers, and monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) can degrade amine neurotransmitters through oxidative deamidation. Further exploring the association between MAOA and its gene polymorphism and schizophrenia is of great significance for explaining the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. Based on this, this article mainly reviews the relationship between MAOA gene and schizophrenia in recent years from the aspects of biological characteristics, functional role, single nucleotide polymorphism, etc., in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of schizophrenia.
