摘要:
目的 研究基于微信平台同伴教育护理模式对肝癌介入患者术后心理、自我护理能力及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月在我院进行肝癌介入治疗的92例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于微信平台的同伴教育护理干预,比较两组患者心理应激反应评分、心理状态评分、自我护理能力、癌因性疲乏评分以及并发症发生率。结果 两组干预后屈服、回避状态评分低于均低于干预前,应对状态评分高于干预前,且观察组屈服、回避状态评分低于对照组,应对状态评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后自护护理能力总评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后癌因性疲乏评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为17.39%,低于对照组的36.96%(P<0.05)。结论 肝癌介入患者术后开展于基于微信平台的同伴教育护理干预,可提高患者心理应激反应水平,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升自我护理能力,降低癌因性疲乏,预防并发症,可实现较理想的护理效果。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of peer education nursing model based on WeChat platform on postoperative psychology, self-care ability and cancer-related fatigue in patients with liver cancer intervention.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent interventional therapy for liver cancer in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given peer education nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. The psychological stress response score, psychological state score, self-care ability, cancer-related fatigue score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of yield and avoidance state in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of coping state were higher than those before intervention, meanwhile, the scores of yield and avoidance state in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of coping state were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total score of self-care nursing ability in the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The cancer-related fatigue score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.39%, which was lower than 36.96% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Peer education nursing intervention based on WeChat platform for patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery can improve the level of psychological stress response, anxiety and depression, as well as improve self-care ability, reduce cancer-related fatigue, prevent complications, and achieve better nursing effect.
