摘要:
目的 探讨影响护患沟通相关因素，寻求提升沟通的有效方法。方法 选择不同专科疾病的患者及不同层级的执业护士各10名，进行深度访谈，收集资料，应用KJ法进行分析、归类。结果 在影响护患沟通的诸多因素中，护士的人文关怀理念、专业水平、沟通能力及患者的文化背景、病情和情绪状况是影响沟通的主要因素。结论 提升护士的人文意识及沟通交流能力，选择适宜的沟通时机及方式，实施个性化沟通，是提升护患沟通效果、维护和谐医患关系的有效举措。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the relevant factors affecting the communication between nurses and patients and to seek effective ways to improve communication.Methods A total of 10 patients with different specialist diseases and 10 nurse practitioners at different levels were selected for in-depth interviews,data were collected,and KJ method was used for analysis and classification. Results Among the many factors affecting the communication between nurses and patients,the nurse's humanistic care concept, professional level,communication ability and the patient's cultural background,condition and emotional state are the main factors affecting communication.Conclusion Improving nurses'humanistic awareness and communication skills,choosing appropriate communication opportunities and methods,and implementing personalized communication are effective measures to improve the communication effect between nurses and patients and harmoniously maintain the relationship between doctors and patients.
