摘要:
目的 研究综合护理干预对输尿管结石URSL术后治疗效果的影响。方法 择取2016年1月~2017年10月我院收治的行输尿管结石URSL术患者100例展开研究，采用双色球随机模式将之分为观察组与对照组，各50例，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者采用综合护理干预，比较两组手术效果、不良反应发生率及患者满意度情况。结果 观察组一次性碎石成功率高于对照组（92.00%vs76.00%），碎石时间[（22.76±1.94）vs（29.63±3.82）] min、患者下床活动时间[（2.05±0.81）vs（3.74±1.49）]d及住院时间[（3.98±0.78）vs（5.94±1.69）]d少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预对输尿管结石URSL手术效果有提升作用，同时还有助于降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者对护理的满意度，值得推广使用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of URSL procedure in patients with ureteric calculi.Methods 100 patients with ureteric calculi URSL procedure treated by our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups by double chromosphere random mode:observation group and control group,50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The results of operation,the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-off lithotripsy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (92.00%vs76.00%),gravel time[(22.76±1.94)vs(29.63±3.82)]min,the time of getting out of bed was[(2.05±0.81)vs(3.74±1.49)]d and the time of hospitalization (3.98±0.78) vs (5.94±1.69)]d less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the effect of ureteral calculi URSL procedure,and also help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.It is worth popularizing.
