摘要:
目的 调查新型冠状病毒肺炎流行时期某高校护理专科生的焦虑现状及影响因素。方法 2020年3月采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）以问卷星方式对某高校930名护理专科生进行心理健康状况调查，并与全国常模比较，分析受试者焦虑状况的影响因素。结果 该校护理专科学生焦虑得分（39.39±6.76）分，高于全国常模的（29.78±0.46）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。单因素分析显示，不同年龄、性别、年级、是否喜欢从事该专业一线前辈们工作状态对于未来职业的选择的影响、是否愿意到湖北一线当志愿者、对新型冠状肺炎知识掌握程度的学生SAS焦虑评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。多元线性逐步回归分析显示，年级和对新型冠状肺炎知识掌握程度是学生焦虑状况的独立影响因素，可解释该校护理专科生焦虑评分变异系数的5.85%。结论 面对新型冠状病毒肺炎的应激事件采取积极的应对方式可缓解应激压力，其中积极的自我学习和正确的处理非常重要。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the anxiety status and influencing factors of nursing college students in a college during the prevalence of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Methods In March 2020, a self-assessment scale for anxiety (SAS) was used to survey the mental health status of 930 nursing college students in a college using a questionnaire star, and compared with the national norm to analyze the influencing factors of the anxiety status of the subjects.Results The anxiety score of college nursing students (39.39±6.76) was higher than that of the national norm (29.78±0.46), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Single factor analysis showed that different ages, genders, grades, whether they like to work in the frontline of the profession, the impact of their job status on future career choices, whether they are willing to be volunteers in Hubei frontline, and have SAS anxiety about the degree of knowledge of new coronary pneumonia when comparing scores, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that grade and knowledge of novel coronary pneumonia were independent influencing factors of students’ anxiety, which could explain 5.85% of the coefficient of variation of anxiety scores of college nursing students.Conclusion Facing the stress events of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, adopting active coping styles can alleviate the stress of stress. Among them, active self-learning and correct handling are very important.
