摘要:
目的 了解2016~2018年中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）收录天津市第一中心医院、天津市第三中心医院、天津市人民医院3家综合三甲医院论文情况。方法 以CBM数据库为数据源，选择“高级检索”途径，以“作者单位”为检索字段，检索时间限定为2016~2018年，对以上3家医院近3年的发文数量、刊载期刊种类、核心期刊发文量、学科分布进行分析。结果 天津市第一中心医院、天津市第三中心医院、天津市人民医院3年发文总量分别为1229、672、637篇；核心期刊发文量分别为829、400、344篇；发文量最多的期刊分别是天津护理、中国城乡企业卫生、医疗装备；中华医学会期刊发文学科分布最高的科室分别是移植中心、麻醉科、心血管科和脊柱外科。结论 上述3家医院近3年发文数量和质量均呈下降趋势，3家机构医学科研整体水平和质量有待提高，应完善科研管理和科研激励机制，加强科研能力的培训，加大与国内外各医疗机构的合作交流。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the status of papers from Tianjin First Central Hospital, Tianjin Third Central Hospital, and Tianjin People’s Hospital included in the China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) from 2016 to 2018.Methods The CBM database was used as the data source, the "advanced search" approach was selected, and the "author unit" was used as the search field. The search time was limited to 2016~2018. Analyze the number of articles issued by the above three hospitals in the past 3 years, the types of journals published, the amount of articles issued by core journals, and the distribution of disciplines.Results The total number of articles published by Tianjin First Central Hospital, Tianjin Third Central Hospital, and Tianjin People’s Hospital in 3 years were 1229, 672, and 637 respectively; core journals published 829, 400, and 344 articles respectively; the most published articles the journals were Tianjin Nursing, Chinese Urban and Rural Enterprise Health, and Medical Equipment; the departments with the highest distribution of journals in the Chinese Medical Association were Transplant Center, Anesthesiology, Cardiovascular, and Spine Surgery.Conclusion The number and quality of documents issued by the above three hospitals in the past three years have shown a downward trend. The overall level and quality of medical research of the three institutions needed to be improved. The scientific research management and scientific research incentive mechanism should be improved, and the training of scientific research capabilities should be strengthened. Cooperation and exchange of medical institutions.
