摘要:
目的 分析脑卒中恢复期护理研究现状和前沿动态。方法 检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、CBM中关于脑卒中恢复期护理的相关文献，采用CiteSpace软件进行作者、机构、关键词的共现分析，并通过突现检测识别前沿领域和热门话题。结果 共纳入1556篇文献，2012-2020年脑卒中恢复期护理相关文献的发文量整体呈上升趋势，2021-2022年呈下降趋势；发文量最多的作者为张静（7篇）；发文量最多的机构为内蒙古国际蒙医医院（3篇）；共纳入399个关键词，分为4大维度、19个聚类标签，可概括为中医康复护理、心理护理、康复训练和健康教育、自我效能。结论 脑卒中恢复期护理研究热点主要为患者的康复护理和心理护理，希望今后的研究更多关注家庭照顾者的心理健康和建立适合脑卒中恢复期患者中医特色的养老机构、社区卫生服务中心。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and frontier dynamics of stroke recovery nursing.Methods Relevant literatures on stroke recovery nursing in CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data and CBM were retrieved. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the co-occurrence of authors, institutions and keywords, and the frontier fields and hot topics were identified by burst detection.Results A total of 1556 articles were included. From 2012 to 2020, the number of articles related to stroke recovery nursing showed an overall upward trend, and a downward trend from 2021 to 2022. The author with the largest number of articles was ZHANG Jing (7 articles); the institutions with the largest number of publications were Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital (3 articles). A total of 399 keywords were included, which were divided into 4 dimensions and 19 cluster labels, could be summarized as TCM rehabilitation nursing, psychological nursing, rehabilitation training and health education, self-efficacy.Conclusion The research hotspots of stroke recovery nursing are mainly rehabilitation nursing and psychological nursing of patients. It is hoped that future research will pay more attention to the mental health of family caregivers and establish old-age care institutions and community health service centers suitable for patients with stroke recovery.
