摘要:
目的 研究益气活血利水方治疗心力衰竭的临床效果及其对心血管终点事件发生率的影响。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年4月在我院诊治的74例心力衰竭患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组37例。对照组西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用益气活血利水方，比较两组临床效果、心功能指标、6 min步行距离、Lee氏心衰评分、心血管终点事件发生率。结果 与对照组（81.08%）比较，观察组治疗总有效率（94.59%）更高（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后左室射血分数（LVEF）、6 min步行距离均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组Lee氏心衰评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；随访4个月，观察组心血管终点事件发生率（8.11%）低于对照组（18.92%）（P＜0.05）。结论 益气活血利水方治疗心力衰竭具有确切的临床效果，可降低心血管终点事件发生率，减轻心衰症状，改善心功能，促进运动功能恢复，可作为临床治疗心力衰竭的新方向应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction in the treatment of heart failure and its effect on the incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events. Methods From March 2022 to April 2023, 74 patients with heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Using the random number table method, subjects were assigned to control group and observation group, with 37 patients in each group. The control group received western medicine, whereas the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, cardiac function index, 6 min walking distance, Lee’s heart failure score and incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(81.08%), the observation group had the higher total effective rate of treatment (94.59%) (P<0.05). After treatment in both groups, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6 min walking distance were increased, and the observation group reached a higher level of those indexes than the control group (P<0.05). The Lee’s heart failure score of the two groups were both lower than before, and the observation group decreased to a lower level than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 4 months of follow-up, the incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events in the observation group (8.11%) was lower than that in the control group (18.92%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of heart failure, which can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events, alleviate the symptoms of heart failure, improve cardiac function and promote the recovery of motor function. It can be used as a new direction for clinical treatment of heart failure.
