摘要:
目的 探讨阿加曲班注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清血管内皮生长因子、葡萄糖转运体1水平的影响。方法 选取2017年3月~2018年3月我院收治的ACI患者120例，随机分为阿加曲班组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，阿加曲班组在对照组基础上加用阿加曲班治疗。治疗前及治疗后10 d分别用NIHSS量表和改良的MBI量表评测神经缺失程度和日常生活能力，并检测血清VEGF及GLUT-1的水平。结果 治疗10 d后，对照组和阿加曲班组的NIHSS评分分别为（12.38±2.02）分，（10.19±1.93）分， MBI评分分别为（66.64±3.66）分，（74.23±4.81）分。与对照组相比，阿加曲班组患者的NIHSS评分降低（P＜0.05），而MBI评分升高（P＜0.05）；治疗10 d后，与对照组相比，阿加曲班组患者的血清VEGF、GLUT-1水平升高（P＜0.05）；治疗过程中，两组患者均未见明显不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 阿加曲班对ACI的治疗效果显著，可能与提高血清VEGF及GLUT-1的水平有关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of argatroban injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum vascular endothelial growth factor and glucose transporter-1 levels.Methods A total of 120 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the argatroban group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the argatroban group was treated with argatroban on the basis of the control group.The degree of neurological deficit and daily living ability were evaluated by NIHSS scale and modified MBI scale before and 10 d after treatment, and serum VEGF and GLUT-1 levels were measured.Results After 10 d of treatment,the NIHSS scores of the control group and the argatroban group were (12.38±2.02)points,(10.19±1.93)points, and the MBI scores were(66.64±3.66)points and(74.23±4.81)points,respectively.Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score was lower in the argatroban group (P<0.05),and the MBI score was higher(P<0.05).After 10 d of treatment,serum VEGF and GLUT-1 levels were elevated in the argatroban group compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of argatroban on ACI is significant,which may be related to the increase of serum VEGF and GLUT-1 levels.
