摘要:
目的 探讨多模式干预对提高临床医务人员医院感染控制理念的效果。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月常州市第一人民医院在院职工作为研究对象，通过电子问卷调查、感控随手拍、感控文化宣传周、多形式培训及电子考核等多种模式提高临床医务人员医院感染控制理念。结果 共发放及回收电子调查问卷193份；收到全院感控随手拍作品152件；共2000余名医务人员参与感控周活动；邀请4位科主任参加“主任说感控”栏目，发布感控小知识20期，1716名医务人员参加电子考核；进行多层次、多形式培训共计12场；共1716名临床医务人员参加学习及电子考核，占全院应考核职工总数的61.35%，回答正确率为90.45%；多模式干预后在标准防护、手卫生、医疗废物、多重耐药菌管理等考核项目上的得分均较多模式干预前上升（P＜0.05）。结论 通过多种模式共同干预极大地调动了临床医务人员感染控制的参与意识及重视程度，营造人人都是医院感染管理实践者的理念。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of multimodal intervention on improving the concept of nosocomial infection control for clinical medical staff. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019, the employees of Changzhou First People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and various modes such as electronic questionnaire survey, sensory control hand-held shooting, sensory control cultural promotion week, multi-form training and electronic assessment were selected. Improve the concept of nosocomial infection control for clinical medical staff. Results A total of 193 electronic questionnaires were distributed and retrieved; 152 pieces of the work of sensory control of the hospital were received; a total of more than 2,000 medical staff participated in the week of sensory control; 4 directors were invited to participate in the "Director’s Sense Control" column and posted 20 sessions of sensory knowledge, 1716 medical staff participated in the electronic assessment; 12 sessions of multi-level and multi-form training were conducted; a total of 1716 clinical medical staff participated in the study and electronic assessment, accounting for 61.35% of the total staff to be assessed in the hospital. Answer The correct rate was 90.45%; the scores on standard protection, hand hygiene, medical waste, and multi-drug resistant bacteria management items after multi-mode intervention were all higher than those before mode intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The joint intervention of multiple models greatly mobilized the awareness and importance of infection control of clinical medical staff, and created the concept that everyone is a hospital infection management practitioner.
