摘要:
目的 探讨中青年人群空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白的关系及在健康体检筛查中的意义。方法 选择2017年7月~2018年7月芜湖地区在某三甲医院体检的13355名中青年健康体检者作为研究对象,均进行空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平检测,比较不同性别及年龄段FPG、HbA1c水平并对二者的相关性进行分析。结果 男性FPG、HbA1c水平高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。50~59岁年龄段FPG、HbA1C水平高于40~49、30~39、<30岁年龄段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,不同年龄段(<30、30~39、40~49、50~59岁)FPG与HbA1c水平呈正相关(r=0.470、0.601、0.559、0.712,P<0.05)。结论 中青年人群FPG与HbA1c呈正相关,可根据不同年龄段人群制定不同的糖尿病筛查方案,同时需加强对中老年人的糖化血红蛋白检测,达到早期诊断早期干预,提高糖尿病和糖尿病前期诊断率,促进人群的健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in young and middle-aged population and its significance in health screening.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018, 13355 young and middle-aged health examinees who were examined in a top three hospital in Wuhu area were selected as the research subjects. All subjects were tested for fasting blood glucose(FPG) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). FPG and HbA1C levels in the age group and analyze the correlation between them.Results The levels of FPG and HbA1c in men are higher than those in women, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of FPG and HbA1c in the 50~59 age group were higher than those in the 40~49, 30~39 and <30 age groups, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that FPG and HbA1c levels were positively correlated (r=0.470, 0.601, 0.559, 0.712, P<0.05) in different age groups (<30, 30~39, 40~49, 50~59 years old). Conclusion FPG and HbA1c are positively correlated in young and middle-aged people. Different diabetes screening programs can be developed according to different age groups. At the same time, the detection of glycated hemoglobin in middle-aged and elderly people needs to be strengthened to achieve early diagnosis and early intervention to improve the diagnosis rate of diabetes and prediabetes promote the health of the crowd.
