摘要:
目的 探讨阴道炎患者辅助应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊的临床疗效及对阴道微环境的调节作用。方法 选择2019年1月-2021年6月本中心收治的60例阴道炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，对照组实施常规对症治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊；比较两组阴道微环境、炎症状态[（白细胞计数（WBC）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）]、阴道健康改善情况及临床疗效。结果 两组阴道pH值、大肠杆菌数、金黄色葡萄球菌数、WBC、IL-6、IFN-γ、阴道黏膜评分、阴道清洁度评分及阴道健康总评分均降低，且治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组阴道乳杆菌数量均上升，且治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗总有效率（96.67%）高于对照组（73.33%）（P＜0.05）。结论 阴道炎患者辅助应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗效果理想，可调节阴道微环境，减轻阴道炎症状态，改善阴道健康，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in patients with vaginitis and its regulation on vaginal microenvironment.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021,60 patients with vaginitis admitted to our center were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group added Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules on the basis of the control group. The vaginal microenvironment, inflammatory state [(white blood cell count (WBC), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interferon-γ (IFN-γ)], vaginal health improvement and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal pH value, number of Escherichia coli, number of Staphylococcus aureus, WBC, IL-6, IFN-γ, vaginal mucosa score, vaginal cleanliness score and total vaginal health score of the two groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The number of vaginal Lactobacillus in both groups increased, and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.67%) was better than that of the control group (73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule is effective in the treatment of vaginitis patients, which can regulate vaginal microenvironment, reduce vaginal inflammation, improve vaginal health, and is worthy of clinical application.
