摘要:
目的 了解我国医院文化建设领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网（CNKI）2016年1月1日~2018年12月31日收录的医院文化建设方面的文献，采用BICOMS2.0系统和SPSS20.0软件进行分析，揭示该主题研究论文的产出情况、期刊分布、研究机构和研究热点。结果 共检出文献2204条，纳入有效文献1188条。文献分布在346种期刊上，排名前10的期刊发文量占总发文量的33.74%，发文量最多的期刊是《江苏卫生事业管理》。文献作者来自于902家机构，发文量最多的机构是无锡市第二人民医院。医院文化建设的热点包括：①患者安全文化的影响因素；②新媒体在传播医院文化中的应用；③思想政治工作在医院文化建设中的重要性；④工会和科室文化在医院文化建设中的作用；⑤新医改背景下医院文化建设工作；⑥档案管理在医院文化建设中的意义。结论 通过对医院文化建设领域文献的计量学分析，揭示了该主题研究论文的产出情况、期刊分布、研究机构和研究热点，为科研和管理人员提供了参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the research status and development trend of hospital culture construction in China. Methods Search the literature on hospital culture construction from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018 in China Knowledge Network (CNKI), using BICOMS2.0 system and SPSS20.0 software to analyze the output of the research papers. Situation, journal distribution, research institutions and research hotspots.Results A total of 2,204 articles were detected and 1,188 valid documents were included. The literature is distributed in 346 journals. The top 10 journals accounted for 33.74% of the total publications, and the most published journal was "Jiangsu Health Management". The authors of the literature are from 902 institutions, and the organization with the largest number of publications is Wuxi Second People's Hospital. Hot spots in hospital culture construction include:①The influencing factors of patient safety culture;②The application of new media in the dissemination of hospital culture; ③The importance of ideological and political work in the construction of hospital culture;④The culture of trade unions and departments in the construction of hospital culture Role;⑤Hospital culture construction work under the background of new medical reform;⑥The significance of file management in hospital culture construction.Conclusion Through the metrological analysis of the literature in the field of hospital culture construction, the output of the research papers, the distribution of journals, research institutions and research hotspots are revealed, which provides reference for scientific research and management personnel.
