摘要:
目的 分析肺结核患者家庭密切接触者情绪变化及其影响因素。方法 采取便利抽样法，选取2019年4~7月来我院进行肺结核患者密切接触者筛查的96名密切接触者，采用一般资料问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）和肺结核核心信息知识量表，调查肺结核密切接触者的焦虑抑郁情绪和对结核病知识的知晓情况。结果 62.50%密切接触者存在焦虑情绪，19.79%密切接触者存在抑郁情绪，96例密切接触者焦虑得分为（8.25±4.36）分，抑郁得分为（6.88±4.12）分；肺结核患者密切接触者5条核心信息全部知晓的35例，全部知晓率为36.46%；不同性别、年龄、文化程度、个人收入、患者费用支付方式、是否需要承担照顾任务密切接触者焦虑得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不同年龄、婚姻、与患者的关系、是否患慢性病、是否需承担照顾任务密切接触者抑郁得分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；多因素回归分析显示，密切接触者焦虑得分和与患者关系、是否需承担照顾任务呈正相关，和结核核心知识知晓率、性别呈负相关（P＜0.05）；抑郁得分和是否患有慢性病呈正相关，和结核核心知识知晓率、婚姻呈负相关（P＜0.05）。结论 肺结核患者家庭密切接触者存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪，部分密切接触者呈中重度焦虑抑郁，应引起社会及医务人员的关注，加强结核病知识宣传，指导其合理、正确运用积极应对方式缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，提高其心理健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the emotional changes of intimate contacts of tuberculosis patients and their influencing factors. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted, 96 close contacts who were screened for close contacts of tuberculosis patients in our hospital from April to July 2019 were selected. General information questionnaire, hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) and core information knowledge of tuberculosis table to investigate anxiety, depression, and knowledge of tuberculosis among people with close contact with tuberculosis. Results Anxiety in 62.50% of close contacts, depression in 19.79% of close contacts, anxiety score of 96 close contacts was (8.25±4.36) points, and depression score was (6.88±4.12) points; 5 core messages of close contacts in tuberculosis patients all 35 cases were known, and the total awareness rate was 36.46%; there was a statistically significant difference in comparison of anxiety scores between different genders, ages, education levels, personal income, patient payment methods, and the need to take care of close contacts (P<0.05) ; The differences in depression scores between different ages, marriages, relationships with patients, chronic disease, and the need to take care of close contacts were statistically significant (P<0.05); multivariate regression analysis showed that close contact anxiety scores and there was a positive correlation between patient relationship and the need to take care of tasks, and a negative correlation with core tuberculosis knowledge rate and gender (P<0.05); a depression score was positively correlated with the presence of chronic disease, and a negative correlation with core tuberculosis knowledge rate and marriage (P<0.05). Conclusion People with close contact with tuberculosis patients have different levels of anxiety and depression. Some close contacts have moderate and severe anxiety and depression. It should attract the attention of society and medical staffs, strengthen the promotion of tuberculosis knowledge, and guide them to rationally and correctly use positive coping styles to relieve anxiety. Depressive mood and improve their mental health.
