摘要:
目的 观察复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床效果。方法 选取2018年9月~2019年9月在我院诊治的78例小儿消化不良性腹泻患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗后症状缓解时间（腹泻消失、大便性状恢复、排便次数减少、脱水纠正）、治疗前后腹泻临床症状评分及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.87%，高于对照组的79.48%（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后腹泻消失、大便性状恢复、排便次数减少、脱水纠正时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组临床腹泻症状评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组临床不良反应发生率为5.12%，与对照组的7.69%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻效果确切，有助于减轻患者腹泻症状，促进腹泻消失，大便性状恢复，且临床不良反应少。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound rennet capsules in the treatment of dyspeptic diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 78 children with dyspeptic diarrhea who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was combined with compound rennet capsule treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the time of symptom relief after treatment were compared between the two groups (diarrhea disappeared, stool characteristics recovered, bowel frequency decreased, dehydration corrected),score of clinical symptoms of diarrhea and occurrence of clinical adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 79.48% in the control group (P＜0.05); after treatment, the observation group had disappeared diarrhea, recovered stool characteristics, decreased the number of bowel movements, and corrected dehydration. In the control group(P＜0.05); after treatment, the scores of clinical diarrhea symptoms in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The incidence of clinical adverse reactions was 5.12%, compared with 7.69% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion The compound rennet capsule has a definite effect in the treatment of dyspeptic diarrhea in children, which can help relieve the symptoms of diarrhea, promote the disappearance of diarrhea, and the recovery of stool characteristics, and there are few clinical adverse reactions.
