摘要:
目的 研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的危险因素，并分析针对性护理对策干预效果。方法 选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院进行血液透析治疗的102例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，观察护理危险事件发生情况，并分析相关危险因素，提出针对性护理对策。比较护理前后并发症发生情况、临床行为依从性（合理饮食、坚持透析治疗、情绪稳定、遵医嘱）情况以及尿素清除指数。结果 102例患者中并发症发生率为23.52%；慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理危险因素包括高龄、高血压、低血压、感染、糖尿病、心脏病；护理后并发症发生率为6.86%，低于护理前的23.52%（P＜0.05）；护理后合理饮食、坚持透析治疗、情绪稳定、遵医嘱行为依从评分高于护理前（P＜0.05）；护理后尿素清除指数高于护理前（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性的护理干预，可有效控制慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的危险因素，预防和降低并发症发生，提高血液透析的治疗安全性和有效性，值得临床加以重视和关注。
Abstract:
Objective To study the risk factors in hemodialysis care of chronic kidney failure patients and to put forward nursing countermeasures. Methods 102 patients who were treated by hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study objects, the occurrence of nursing risk events were observed, and the related risk factors were analyzed, and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward. The incidence of complications, compliance with clinical behavior （reasonable diet, adherence to dialysis, emotional stability, compliance with medical advice） and urea clearance index were compared before and after nursing care.Results The rate of complications was 23.52% in 102 patients, and the risk factors of hemodialysis nursing for chronic kidney failure patients included old age, hypertension, hypotension, infection, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, etc. The incidence of complications after nursing was 6.86% lower than that before nursing 23.52%（P＜0.05）.After nursing, reasonable diet, adherence to dialysis treatment, emotional stability, compliance with doctor’s advice behavior and compliance score were higher than before nursing(P＜0.05); the urea clearance index after nursing was higher than that before nursing(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can effectively control the risk factors in hemodialysis care of chronic kidney failure patients, prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the safety and effectiveness of hemodialysis treatment.It is worthy of clinical attention.
