摘要:
目的 依据医院HIS数据,分析流行性感冒新的流行变化和特点。方法 从我院的HIS系统中调取2018年1月1日-2021年3月30日门、急诊患者信息,按照流感相关病例的特点,总结提取规则,对流感样病例的特征进行分析。结果 合计获得132 265人次的诊疗记录,男性病例数均多于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);每月均有一定数量的流感样病例就诊,每年就诊的高峰次数和高峰值出现的时间略有差异;0~10岁人次数最高,为90 675人次(68.56%);70岁以上老年人就诊人次数最低,为2873人次(2.17%);就诊患者的“发热”“咳嗽”“咳痰”“咽痛”“腹泻”5个典型主诉的频数分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 其他呼吸道病毒感染对流感的发生时间和强度有影响,对流感患者的性别和年龄构成没有影响。患者的主诉对急性呼吸系统疾病的发生有一定的提示作用,应该成为流行性感冒监测的重要指标。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the new epidemic changes and characteristics of influenza based on hospital HIS data.Methods The information of outpatient and emergency patients from January 1, 2018 to March 30, 2021 was retrieved from the HIS system of our hospital. According to the characteristics of influenza-related cases, the extraction rules were summarized and the characteristics of influenza-like cases were analyzed.Results A total of 132 265 medical records were obtained. The number of male cases was higher than that of female cases, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were a certain number of influenza-like cases every month, and there was a slight difference between the peak number of visits and the time of peak value each year. The highest number of people aged 0-10 years was 90 675 (68.56%); the number of visits to the elderly over 70 years old was the lowest [2873 (2.17%)]; there were significant differences in the frequency distribution of five typical complaints of "fever" "cough" "sputum" "sore throat" and "diarrhea" among patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Other respiratory virus infections have an impact on the time and intensity of influenza, and have no effect on the gender and age composition of influenza patients. The patient’s chief complaint has a certain prompt effect on the occurrence of acute respiratory diseases and should be an important indicator of influenza surveillance.
