摘要:
目的 探究预见性护理在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月天津市第四中心医院收治的100例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与试验组，各50例。对照组予以常规护理，试验组予以预见性护理。比较两组护理效果、临床指标（心肌梗死率、血压正常率、血糖正常率）、住院时长、生活质量、护理满意度及自护能力。结果 试验组护理总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的84.00%（P＜0.05）；试验组心肌梗死率低于对照组，血压正常率、血糖正常率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组住院时长短于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组护理满意度及自护能力评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 预见性护理在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的护理效果良好，可一定程度降低不稳定型心绞痛患者的心肌梗死发生率，促进血糖及血压趋于正常，缩短住院时间，提升生活质量、护理满意度及自护能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given predictive nursing. The nursing efficacy, clinical indicators (myocardial infarction rate, normal blood pressure rate, normal blood glucose rate), length of hospital stay, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The myocardial infarction rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the normal blood pressure rate and normal blood glucose rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction and self-care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a good nursing effect in patients with unstable angina pectoris, which can reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction in patients with unstable angina pectoris to a certain extent, promote blood glucose and blood pressure to normal, shorten hospitalization time, and improve quality of life, nursing satisfaction and self-care ability.
