摘要:
目的 观察劳拉西泮联合复方枸橼酸阿尔维林治疗功能性消化不良（FD）伴情绪障碍的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年10月我院收治的180例FD伴情绪障碍病例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各组90例。对照组仅采用劳拉西泮治疗，观察组采用劳拉西泮+复方枸橼酸阿尔维林治疗，对比两组躯体症状、心理状态、总体疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果 与对照组躯体症状、心理状态改善效果比较，观察组治疗后躯体症状评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均更低（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率（92.22%）高于对照组（77.78%）（P＜0.05）；在治疗和观察期间，观察组不良反应发生率（11.11%）与对照组（8.89%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；随访3个月，观察组复发率（3.33%）低于对照组（13.33%）（P＜0.05）。结论 劳拉西泮联合复方枸橼酸阿尔维林治疗FD伴情绪障碍的疗效确切，可减轻患者临床躯体症状，改善心理状态，提高治疗总有效率，降低复发率，且不会增加不良反应发生率，是一种有效的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lorazepam combined with compound alverine citrate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) with emotional disorders. Methods A total of 180 FD patients with emotional disorders, who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024, were enrolled in this study and randomly assigned via a random number table method into an observation group and a control group, with 90 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received lorazepam monotherapy, whereas those in the observation group were treated with a combination of lorazepam and compound alverine citrate. The two groups were compared in terms of somatic symptoms, mental status, overall efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate. Results Compared with the control group in terms of the improvement effect in somatic symptoms, mental status, the observation group exhibited significantly lower score of somatic symptoms, as well as lower scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) (P<0.05). The overall treatment response rate in the observation group (92.22%) was higher than that in the control group (77.78%) (P<0.05). During the treatment and observation period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (11.11%) showed no statistically significant difference compared with that in the control group (8.89%) (P>0.05). At the 3-month follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group (3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.33%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Lorazepam combined with compound alverine citrate is effective in the treatment of FD with emotional disorders, which can reduce the clinical somatic symptoms, improve the mental state, improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions. It is an effective treatment plan.
