摘要:
目的 探讨加味苦参汤熏洗对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的行一次性根治术治疗的肛周脓肿术后患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组术后采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗，观察组采用加味苦参汤熏洗，比较两组临床效果、住院与创面愈合时间以及炎症因子水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组[（12.34±2.10）d vs（19.30±2.71）d]、[（20.34±1.51）d vs（28.24±1.93）d]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组[（60.35±11.22）ng/L vs（80.18±12.27）ng/L]、[（4.25±0.48）mg/L vs（6.43±1.16）mg/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 加味苦参汤熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后患者疗效显著，利于促进创面愈合，减轻机体炎性因子水平。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Kushen decoction on wound healing after perianal abscess surgery.Methods 60 patients with perianal abscess treated by one-time radical surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Kushen decoction. The clinical effects, hospitalization and wound healing time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(12.34±2.10) d vs (19.30±2.71) d], [(20.34±1.51) d vs (28.24±1.93) d], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(60.35±11.22) ng/L vs (80.18±12.27) ng/L], [(4.25±0.48) mg/L vs (6.43±1.16) mg/L],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Jiawei Kushen decoction on the treatment of perianal abscess is significant, which is beneficial to promote wound healing and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
