摘要:
肺癌发病率在很多国家都居于恶性肿瘤之首,外科手术仍然是其主要的治疗方式。机器人技术是20世纪伟大的发明之一,电视胸腔镜辅助胸外科和机器人辅助胸外科同属于微创手术,但两者在肺癌治疗中效果的一直存在争议。全文主要就机器人手术的应用现状、优劣势和围手术期效果进行阐述,同时对达芬奇机器人的未来发展进行展望。
Abstract:
The incidence rate of lung cancer is the leading cause of malignancies in China and even in many countries around the world. Surgery is still the main treatment. Robotic technology is one of the great inventions of the 20th century. Video-assisted thoracic surgery and robot-assisted thoracic surgery are both minimally invasive surgery, but their effectiveness in the treatment of lung cancer has always been controversial. The full text mainly discusses the application status, advantages and disadvantages and perioperative effects of robotic surgery, and also prospects the future development of Da Vinci robot.
