摘要:
目的 观察三维护理管理模式对危急重患者院前急救效果的影响。方法 选取2020年8月~11月我院接诊的48例危急重院前急救患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组院前急救采用常规护理管理,观察组院前积极采用三维护理管理模式,比较两组急救成功率、医疗纠纷发生率、院前急救时间、抢救时间、院前急救护理人员指标、院前急救满意度。结果 观察组急救成功率高于对照组,医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院前急救时间、抢救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院前急救护理人员急救意识、快速反应能力以及医护配合评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者院前急救满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三维护理管理模式可提高危急重患者院前急救患者急救成功率,预防医疗纠纷,缩短院前急救和抢救时间,提升院前急救护理人员综合能力,提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional nursing management model on the effect of pre-hospital first aid for critically ill patients.Methods A total of 48 critically intensive pre-hospital emergency patients admitted from August to November 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method, with 24 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management before hospitalization, and the observation group actively adopted the three-dimensional nursing management model before hospitalization.The first aid success rate, medical dispute incidence rate, pre-hospital first aid time, rescue time, indicators of pre-hospital first aid nurses, and pre-hospital first aid satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first aid success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of medical disputes was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The prehospital first aid time and rescue time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of first aid awareness, rapid response ability and medical cooperation of the pre-hospital emergency nurses of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The prehospital first aid satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional nursing management model can improve the success rate of pre-hospital emergency patients in critically ill patients, prevent medical disputes, shorten pre-hospital emergency and rescue time, improve the comprehensive ability of pre-hospital emergency nurses, and improve patient satisfaction.
