摘要:
目的 观察早期康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后并发症与康复效果的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年6月天津市胸科医院诊治的76例心脏瓣膜置换术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用早期康复护理，比较两组出院前心功能分级、手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组心功能Ⅰ级占比大于对照组，Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级占比小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后下床活动时间、首次步行150 m时间及住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率为7.89%，低于对照组的18.42%（P＜0.05）；观察组心理健康、社会功能、物质生活、活力、情感职能、生理功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理可预防心脏瓣膜置换术后并发症，改善心功能分级，缩短术后恢复时间，提高术后生活质量水平，是一种有效的临床护理模式。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on complications and rehabilitation effect after cardiac valve replacement.Methods A total of 76 patients with cardiac valve replacement in Tianjin Chest Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing. The cardiac function classification before discharge, surgical related indexes, incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of cardiac function grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative ambulation time, first walking time of 150 m and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.89%, which was lower than 18.42% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of mental health, social function, material life, vitality, emotional function and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can prevent complications after cardiac valve replacement, improve cardiac function classification, shorten postoperative recovery time and improve postoperative quality of life, which is an effective clinical nursing mode.
