摘要:
目的 研究优质护理干预配合镇痛泵在剖宫产产妇术后中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2020年5月我院接受剖宫产手术的产妇70例，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组35例。对照组采用常规护理干预配合镇痛泵止痛，研究组采用优质护理干预配合镇痛泵止痛，比较两组心理状态、认知水平、术后疼痛、围术期指标及护理满意率。结果 两组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分低于护理前，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组认知正常占比为91.43%，高于对照组的74.29%（P＜0.05）；研究组术后24、48 h VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组术后排气时间、首次下床活动时间、首次泌乳时间、住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理总满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预配合镇痛泵在剖宫产产妇术后中的应用效果良好，能够有效降低产妇疼痛，改善不良情绪，促进生理恢复，保证护理质量。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing intervention combined with analgesia pump after cesarean section.Methods A total of 70 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention combined with analgesia pump, and the study group was treated with high quality nursing intervention combined with analgesia pump. The psychological state, cognitive level, postoperative pain, perioperative indicators and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of normal cognition in the study group was 91.43%, was higher than 74.29% in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the study group at 24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, the first time of getting out of bed, the first time of lactation and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention combined with analgesia pump in cesarean section maternal postoperative application effect is good, which can effectively reduce maternal pain, improve bad mood, promote physiological recovery, ensure the quality of nursing.
