摘要:
目的 研究精神分裂症患者外周血微小RNA(miR)-21表达水平与攻击行为的相关性。方法 选择2017年1月-2019年12月于我院住院治疗的114例精神分裂症患者作为精神分裂症组,另同期在我院体检的100名健康志愿者作为对照组,采用荧光定量PCR法检测外周血miR-21的表达水平,采用修订版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评价精神分裂症组患者的攻击行为并分为MOAS评分≥5分的有攻击行为患者、<5分的无攻击行为患者,采用Logistic回归模型分析攻击行为的影响因素。结果 精神分裂症组外周血miR-21表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);精神分裂症组中有攻击行为者外周血miR-21表达水平低于无攻击行为者(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,精神分裂症组患者外周血miR-21表达水平与MOAS评分呈负相关(r=-0.7189,P<0.05);精神分裂症组中有攻击行为和无攻击行为患者病程、PANSS评分中的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理学症状评分、血清皮质醇含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而二者性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Logistic回归分析显示,miR-21表达、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理学症状评分是精神分裂症患者攻击行为的影响因素。结论 精神分裂症患者外周血miR-21表达减少且与攻击行为的产生有关,检测外周血miR-21的表达水平对精神分裂症患者的攻击行为具有评估价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation of microRNA (miR)-21 expression level in peripheral blood and aggressive behavior of schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 114 schizophrenic patients who were hospitalized in our department from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the schizophrenia group and 100 healthy volunteers in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression level of miR-21 in peripheral blood was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the aggressive behavior of schizophrenic patients was evaluated by modified overt aggression scale (MOAS) and divided into patients with aggressive behavior with MOAS≥5 scores, patients without aggressive behavior with MOAS<5 scores, while Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of aggressive behavior.Results The expression level of miR-21 in peripheral blood of schizophrenia group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The expression level of miR-21 in peripheral blood of patients with aggressive behavior was lower than that of patients without aggressive behavior in schizophrenia group (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression level of miR-21 in peripheral blood of patients with schizophrenia was negatively correlated with MOAS score (r=-0.7189, P<0.05). There were significant differences in course of disease, positive symptom score, negative symptom score, general psychopathological symptom score and serum cortisol content in PANSS score between patients with and without aggressive behavior in schizophrenia group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in gender, age, education level, marital status between the two groups (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that miR-21 expression, positive symptom score, negative symptom score and general psychopathological symptom score were the influencing factors of aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Conclusion The expression of miR-21 in peripheral blood of patients with schizophrenia is reduced and related to the generation of aggressive behavior. The detection of miR-21 expression in peripheral blood has an evaluation value for the aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia.
