摘要:
目的 探究个案分析的优质护理服务在血液净化患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-12月在我院进行血液净化治疗的127例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（64例）和观察组（63例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个案分析的优质护理干预，比较两组并发症发生率、生活质量水平、不良事件发生率、自我管理能力以及护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率（6.35%）低于对照组（17.19%）（P＜0.05）；两组干预后生活质量水平评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良事件发生率为9.52%，低于对照组的23.44%（P＜0.05）；两组干预后自我护理各维度评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.83%，高于对照组的82.81%（P＜0.05）。结论 个案分析的优质护理服务在血液净化患者中的应用护理效果突出，可改善患者生活质量水平，预防并发症发生，降低不良事件发生率，提升患者自我管理能力和护理满意度，是一种可行、有效的护理方式。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of case analysis of high quality nursing service in patients with blood purification and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 127 patients who underwent blood purification treatment in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (64 patients) and observation group (63 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention based on case analysis. The incidence of complications, quality of life, incidence of adverse events, self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group (6.35%) was lower than that in the control group (17.19%) (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 9.52%, which was lower than 23.44% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of self-care in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.83%, which was higher than 82.81% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case analysis of high quality nursing service in patients with blood purification has outstanding nursing effect, which can improve the quality of life, prevent complications, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve patients’ self-management ability and nursing satisfaction. It is a feasible and effective nursing method.
